Topics in Critical Theory: Constitutionalism and Rights

Open to 3rd and 4th year undergraduates, the class will historicize and theorize constitutionalism, rights, and the law from the South. With a particular empirical focus on South Africa, it will also draw on Indian, other African, and Latin American material and think Euro-American genealogies of law and rights from these global Southern locations.
